Sam West from The Thousands paid us a visit when we officially opened at the start of 2015. We spoke to Sam about our fabulous range of cheeses and about bringing our vision of what a cheese bar should be like to life!
“In France, cheese is not fancy, it's just on the table and we pass it around for everyone to share,” explains Noémie, Shifty Chèvre's resident cheese lady. She and her partner Tom have just opened a cheese bar on Brunswick Street and they're keeping things casual, which is the way cheese and wine should be enjoyed really.
